PlayDen Data Deletion Process
At PlayDen, we value your privacy and provide multiple options for deleting your account and personal data.
1. Self-Service Deletion
You can delete your account directly within the app by following these steps:
- Go to your Profile section.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Click on Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm.
2. Request-Based Deletion
If you prefer, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team via email at info@playdenapp.com. Please include your account information for verification.
3. Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Booking history
- Payment information
- PlayPoints balance
- Community interactions
Note: Certain anonymized data may be retained for analytical and legal compliance purposes.
